The Netflix hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey have placed their Tarzana, California estate on the market for $8.195 million as they prepare to leave the state.
The couple purchased the property from tennis star Naomi Osaka in August 2025 for $7.95 million, making their current asking price a modest markup over that figure.
Listing brokers Mauricio Umansky and Craig Knizek of The Agency are handling the sale on behalf of the family.
The property had long held personal significance for the couple, with The Agency describing the Tarzana estate as a longtime “dream home” for Nick, 52, and Vanessa, 45.
The 6,855-square-foot East Coast-traditional-style residence features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms across its expansive floor plan.
Amenities on the property include a full-length lighted basketball court, pool, outdoor kitchen, firepit, wine cellar, home theater, entertainer’s bar, and a spacious chef’s kitchen.
The home’s history with the Lacheys stretches back to December 2020, when they originally purchased the property for around $5 million from NFL wide receiver Randall Cobb.
The couple sold the estate in February 2022 for $6.26 million in an off-market deal to Osaka, who significantly expanded the property during her ownership.
Osaka added an 800-square-foot one-bedroom guest house and gym with a spa bath, along with a recovery center featuring a sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and massage table.
None of the property’s previous transactions were publicly listed, with each sale taking place privately before the home officially hit the open market for the first time now.
The Lacheys, who host the popular Netflix series Love Is Blind, are relocating with their three children, Camden, 14, Brooklyn, 11, and Phoenix, 9, citing a desire to begin a fresh chapter elsewhere.
The couple released a statement saying, “We’re happy and excited for the next family to carry on the tradition and continue to love it as much as we did.”
The listing represents a notable moment in the property’s recent history, having changed hands multiple times among high-profile owners within just a few years.
