Jim Curtis Pulls $1.5 Million Manhattan Condo Off Market Months After Listing

Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Jim Curtis has delisted his New York City condo just over four months after originally putting the property up for sale at $1.53 million.

Curtis, 50, who works as a professional lifestyle guru, purchased the 1,200-square-foot Manhattan condo for just under $1.3 million back in 2015.

In the years following his purchase, Curtis listed the unit for rent on multiple occasions, suggesting he had not been living in the property full time for quite some time.

When Curtis finally offered the Seaport-area condo for sale in January, the asking price represented only a modest increase over what he originally paid more than a decade ago.

Despite spending months on the market, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit failed to attract a buyer and reappeared as a rental listing on June 2, asking $8,950 per month.

Property records revealed that Curtis had faced some financial difficulties tied to the dwelling, including a $29,538 lien on the property that he paid off in early December, more than a year after it was first issued.

Records also showed that Curtis failed to make several payments on the property in February and March 2017, totaling $15,242 in missed obligations.

The couple is understood to spend most of their time together in California, where Aniston owns two mansions, including a Bel-Air estate she purchased for $20.9 million in 2012.

Curtis has spoken openly about how the relationship developed, saying that they were “introduced by friends” and that it “took a long time” before they transitioned from friends to a romantic partnership.

“We chatted for a long time and we became close,” Curtis said, noting they have been together “a long time, months now, almost close to a year.”

Aniston praised her boyfriend in a November 2025 interview with Elle, describing him in glowing terms that touched on his work helping others heal.

“Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does. He’s quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people,” Aniston told the publication.

“He’s very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity. It’s a beautiful thing to commit your life to,” she added.

Sources close to the couple have told People magazine that while the pair are happy together, neither is in any rush to walk down the aisle.

“It’s a great partnership and makes Jen very happy,” an insider told People, adding that Curtis has remained fully supportive of Aniston’s demanding professional schedule throughout their relationship.
